OPINION: German school grading is unfair on foreign students and it’s maddening

Student participation, called ‘Mitarbeit’, makes up a large portion of students’ grades in German schools. But the way its assessed can be poison in the classroom, particularly for foreign pupils, writes Tom Pugh.
